Abstract [Carbonyl‐ C]methabenzthiazuron (MBT) was applied to growing winter wheat in an outdoor lysimeter. The amount applied corresponded to 4 kg Tribunil/ha. 140 days after application the 0–2,5 cm soil layer was removed from the lysimeter. This soil contained about 40 % of the applied radioactivity. Using 0,01 M CaCl2 solution or organic solvents, the extractable residues were removed from the soil. The bioavailability of the non‐extractable as well as aged residues remaining in the soil was investigated in standardized microecosystems containing 1.5 kg of dry soil. During a 4 weeks period the total uptake (4 maize plants/pot) amounted up to 3,6; 2,2; and 0,9 % of the radioactivity from soils containing aged MBT residues, MBT residues non‐extractable‐with 0,01 MCaCl2 or MBT residues non‐extractable with organic solvents, respectively. About 20 % of the radioactivity found in maize leaves represented chromatographically characterized parent compound. At the end of the plant experiment the soil was extracted again with 0,01 M CaCl2 and with organic solvents. A novel and cost-effective method of sulfosulfuron extraction has been developed using distilled water as an extraction solvent. Using this method, the environmental fate of sulfosulfuron was investigated in soil under wheat crop. Studies were conducted under natural field conditions in randomized block design and herbicide (75% water dispersible granules (WG)) was applied after 24 days of sowing. The rates of applications were 25 and 50 g of active ingredient (a.i.) per hectare. Soil samples were collected at predetermined intervals and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The minimum detection limit was found to be 0.001 μ g g? 1. The dissipation of sulfosulfuron followed first-order rate kinetics and dissipated with a half-life of 5.4–6.3 days. After harvest, field soil was used for conducting a pot experiment with bottle gourd (Lagenaria siceraria) as test plants to study the carry over effect of sulfosulfuron. No phytotoxicity was observed to bottle gourd in pot experiment with harvest soil. 相似文献

Abstract Field microplots were treated with 141 and 282 ppm fensulfothion and 37.1 and 74.2 ppm fensulfothion sulfone. These concentrations are equivalent to field treatment rates of 8.48 and 16.96 kg Al/ha, fensulfothion, and 2.23 and 4.47 kg Al/ha, fensulfothion sulfone, respectively, for banded application (10 cm wide, rows 80 cm apart). The half‐lives in a sandy loam soil were 30–39 and 14–23 days, respectively. Fensulfothion sulfone and sulfide were the main derivatives found in fensulfothion treated soil. The maximum levels of these derivatives were 21.22 and 22.95 ppm, respectively for the 8.48 kg/ha treatment and 33.90 and 42.45 ppm, respectively, for the higher treatment, which occurred between 30–60 days. Carrots appeared to take up more fensulfothion from soil than rutabagas or radishes. The residue levels at harvest decreased in the order carrot peel > pulp > rutabagas root > peel > pulp. Residue levels of fensulfothion and sulfone in radishes were similar to those found in rutabagas. The ratio sulfoxide/sulfone in rutabagas ranged from 0.4–1.5 and in carrots from 1.7–7.6. This phenomenon is thought to be due to oxidative enzyme systems present in rutabagas. Dimethyl phosphorothioic acid, but not dimethyl phosphoric acid was detected (max. 1.33 ppm) in some rutabagas samples but not in carrots. 相似文献

对环境水样中百菌清农药残留进行了SPE-GC分析方法研究。环境水样通过Florisil柱富集、净化,3 mL乙酸乙酯洗脱,GC-ECD进行分析检测。实验表明,百菌清农药残留在0.01~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9993。外标法定量,检出限为0.0035 mg/L,对实际水样进行加标回收,回收率范围在93.47%~100.14%之间,6次重复测定相对标准偏差在3.97%~4.96%之间,并将方法应用于周边环境地表水的检测。该方法具有简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高等特点,能满足环境水样中农药残留分析要求。 相似文献

Fragments of antifouling paint and environmental geosolids have been sampled from the island of Malta and analysed for total and bioaccessible metals. Total concentrations of Ba, Cd, Cu, Pb, Sn and Zn were two to three orders of magnitude higher in spent antifouling composites relative to respective values in background soils and road dusts. Paint fragments were visible in geosolids taken from the immediate vicinity of boat maintenance facilities and mass balance calculations, based on Ba as a paint tracer, suggested that the most contaminated soils, road dusts and boatyard dusts contained about 1%, 7% and 9%, respectively, of antifouling particles. Human bioaccessibilities of metals were evaluated in selected samples using a physiologically based extraction technique. Accessibilities of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in the most contaminated solids were sufficient to be cause for concern for individuals working in the boat repair industry and to the wider, local community. 相似文献

本研究通过醋糟的中温产甲烷潜力测试实验,考察了有机负荷对醋糟厌氧消化反应器启动的影响.并通过对不同有机负荷条件下的甲烷产量、液相组分的对比分析,结合热重、X射线衍射和红外光谱学方法进行差异表征,结果发现:1较低的有机负荷有利于缓解醋糟中有机物水解酸化过程中VFAs的积累和pH的下降,保证产甲烷过程的稳定进行.当接种物与基质VS比为1∶1[即有机负荷(以VS计)为1.78 g·(L·d)~(-1),pH=7.60]时的累积甲烷产量最高,达2 249.7 m L.随着有机负荷的提高,VFAs的累积浓度随之升高,使产甲烷过程受到不同程度的抑制并相继终止,且在接种物与基质VS比为1∶4时[即有机负荷为7.12 g·(L·d)~(-1),pH=5.52]实现了乙酸和乳酸的同步发酵(分别可达到8 000 mg·L~(-1)和2 650 mg·L~(-1)).2醋糟中木质纤维素类物质为短程有序的微晶结构或非晶结构,与富含纤维素类晶体结构物质的玉米秸秆等相比,其VS的降解率更高.醋糟中的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素的降解率随着有机负荷的降低而逐渐升高. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis article analyzes the emergence of a new environmental issue in the German press. Since the 1990s, scientists have detected traces of pharmaceuticals, hormones and chemicals in all segments of the water cycle. These micropollutants have negative effects on aquatic life and might affect human health. Their sources are manifold and include private households. Yet although micropollutants of are direct concern to media audiences, they are a challenging topic for news reporting. Although this issue is systemic and fraught with uncertainty, it does not easily translate into news stories. Our content analysis of 444 articles (1995–2015) reveals that the societal risk was rarely presented as a stand-alone topic. Instead, the issue was mostly covered as part of local routine reporting and framed as a challenge for experts to solve. Over time, the reporting became more managerial, while media framings of micropollutants gained more substance and scope. We contend that local routine reporting should receive more attention as a public forum for addressing emerging environmental concerns. 相似文献

电厂脱硫灰由于成分复杂和高硫高钙的特点,为其综合利用造成了很多困难.试验证明,只需添加部分CaO或CaCO2,用脱硫灰作生料即可在1 300℃左右烧成硫铝酸盐水泥.这种方式可以完全利用脱硫灰中的游离CaO,CaCO3,Ca(OH)2和含硫矿物CaSO3与CaSO4,使其转化为水泥熟料矿物,如硫铝酸钙(Ca4Al6O12SO4)、硅酸二钙(Ca2SiO4)等,还能完全利用脱硫灰中的未燃烬碳,因而能达到物尽其用,是一种全新高效的利用方式,具有广阔的应用前景. 相似文献

应用双室堆沤肥技术,以弥苴河口湿地植物残体、湿地底泥和当地养殖业废物制成双室堆沤肥,按不同配比设计5种施肥处理方案进行还田试验。对比研究施肥前后的蔬菜产量、蔬菜品质、土壤肥力以及土壤根际微生物,发现:方案A[50%~60%植物残体(收割物)+40%~50%养殖业废物+微生物菌剂(3 kg/t),活性液体肥作追肥,农药同习惯施肥]对增加蔬菜产量、提高蔬菜品质、增加土壤肥力和改善土壤微生态环境效果最好。在实际应用中也可适当增加1 0%~20%的湿地底泥,相应减少养殖业废物量。 相似文献
